Selamat Hari Raya...

Taking this opportunity to wish all my riders selamat hari raya aidilfitri...this year is extra special fr me n wifee with aleesya's presence...at this very moment im baby sitting her as mom pergi cari bunga api...not sure if its for aleesya or for herself hehehe...

Id like to remind myself and all of u...lets observe this syawal with a big heart...lets inflate our mind and soul with loads of forgiveness...nak kongsi sikit what some1 i look up to once said to me...

You know bila kita misplace a barang yang kita betul2 sayang and suddenly kita terjumpe balik...rasa kegembiraan bila kita terjumpe balik tu adalah tidak seperti mana gembira Nya Allah untuk memaafkan hamba Nya yang berbuat dosa...

I shall leave u with that thought...Maaf Zahir Batin...

1Malaysia F1 Team...Dear Mr Prime Minister...

I was a proud Malaysian when i watched the CNN's sports news the other day as the newscaster reported the F1 series will have a new team for the 2010 season...i personally think it is a good move for Malaysia (for many many reasons of which i wont dwell into here)...its definitely a bloody good news too for F1 chief Mr Bernie Ecclestone ie more Queen Elizabeth notes for him...especially after the BMW and Renault saga...

But im more interested in knowing who will be behind the wheels of our 1Malaysia team...i read and heard in the news that 3 local names have been considered to fly our national flag...namely Alex, Fairuz and Jazeman...

Now i believe that every single Malaysian shares the same notion as me...please choose the right driver for the job...lets not just have our very own F1 team for the sake of getting our Malaysian brands enjoy the TV airplay and reap other commercial benefits...Im pretty sure our PM does not just want that either...if we were to have a team lets get it spot on and create a title challenging team...

Im certain our PM will have some significant say in the selection process...after all 1Malaysia as we all know is his baby...already its exciting to know that the entire pitt crew will be made of Malaysians...its a great way for Malaysia to compete at the world stage i must say...i mean - i remember reading it somewhere recently - it is the most watched sport this F1 is...(i thought its the football world cup no?)...

Anyway...Alex? my opinion he has left the sport for far too long now...(in F1 i was told even if u miss for a season its considered a hell of a long time ok)...furthermore id have wished we produced our very 1st F1 driver through a much more credible way...no disrespect to Alex as he has done us proud in the A1 series but well lets not go there lah...he is some1 i admire for his dedication throughout his motorsport career...

Fairuz...hmmm...he still has alot to prove in A1...he must at least outdo what Alex has achieved when Alex was driving the A1 car...its a different ball game altogether F1 and A1...A1 is not a natural progression to F1...A1 was created more for...well lets not go there too lah...

But this young man Jazeman he is something you know...i have been following his career not closely but i know enough that this guy is a real talent to be recognized with...hey you dont take podium finishes of the BMW series in Europe if you are a crap racer ok...at only 17 i think he has built himself a very strong credential...most of the F1 drivers today graduate from the BMW series...and for Jazeman to prove his worthiness in Europe on a few occasions already i think we can all be very proud of him...

What impressed me even further with this young man's maturity is he was recently quoted in Malay Mail as saying he is not ready for F1 YET...(bukan senang untuk admit this ok kat Malaysia ni ramai orang tak sedar diri la kan)...he went on to say that he still has a lot to learn and would be happy to move to F1 only when hes 21...which means 3 or 4 more racing years lah...i just hope takde orang yg gila akan put pressure on him to move to F1 next year just to create history as he would be the youngest ever F1 driver at 18...ye lah kita kat malaysia ni kan gila nak pecah record ini itu...ehem ehem...

Lets prepare this boy in all aspects of the sport...let him progress to F1 naturally and most importantly through merit...only then we as a nation will not be ashamed every time the chequered flag is waved...as whoever thats behind the wheels will wont be driving for a team but for a great nation...

But for now kita guna je lah drebar omputih dulu...takpa kita belajaq dulu dari depa...let there be transfer of knowledge and skills first...bila Jazeman or siapa2 Malaysian lain yang betul2 layak dan ada potensi utk harum kan nama negara baru la kita bagi kunci kereta kat dia...

Now besides badminton we will soon have another reason to come together as 1Malaysia...

Hey all...thank you to those who have been to our Gerai Juz Jumbo at Jalan Raja Alang in Kg Baru...i must say its prolly the most happening Ramadhan Bazaar in KL if not in the country...

So to all that haven't got the chance to taste our Juz Jumbo pls do come over as we are approaching our last days...an extra reason for u to come this sunday as wifee and her close friend Umie Aida will be there too from 530 to 730pm...our gerai is right opposite the 7eleven store...

Nway tday we took some family photos for raya...unfortunately i cant upload them here as they are meant for the press for their hari raya pullout...but what i can share is a picture of aleesya and her ayah...i may have something special for my riders so see you guys on sunday...
